Job Description
Your Mission
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for technical equipment spare parts and services related to both operations and capital investments (CAPEX).
- Collaborate with Lesaffres global technical purchasing teams ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategic sourcing goals.
- Identify evaluate and onboard suppliers in line with Lesaffres ethical and sustainable sourcing policies.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts that drive value and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (maintenance engineering warehouse quality control and finance) to ensure seamless procurement-to-payment processes.
- Monitor contract timelines and proactively initiate tender processes to secure competitive sourcing.
- Lead and support cost optimization initiatives balancing efficiency with environmental and social responsibility.
- Contribute to the implementation of procurement best practices digital tools and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure transparency compliance and traceability in all procurement-related documentation and reporting including CAPEX spend.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical etc.)
- Minimum 4 years of technical procurement experience ideally within manufacturing or industrial operations
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP MM and Powerapps is a plus
- Strong negotiation analytical and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally and globally
- Awareness of CSR principles ethical sourcing and supplier risk management
- A proactive solution-focused approach driven by continuous improvement
