YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards databases professional networks and industry events to identify potential candidates
You conduct Screening Interviews to assess candidates qualifications cultural fit and success potential
You develop sourcing strategies in close cooperation with recruiters and hiring managers
You stay informed about industry trends competitor information and talent market insights
You continuously expand and maintain your candidate pipeline
You contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience: You already have experience in Talent Sourcing or Headhunting
Tools/Systems: You are familiar with business networks such as LinkedIn and XING (not mandatory) and skilled in Boolean search
Motivation: You dont give up easily and enjoy finding new creative ways to approach candidates
Language: You speak fluent English other languages would be a plus
Soft Skills: You have excellent communication skills enabling you to build trust and maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and recruiters
Team spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment working closely with recruiters and hiring managers as one unified Talent Acquisition team to achieve shared goals
