The basics of the role are to conceptualize plan and execute activities that will attract a high volume of candidates qualified for various programs and positions.
- Formulate and implement Recruiting/Sourcing strategies
- Work through all sourcing channels to find active and passive candidates
- Participate in Recruiting Fairs and Events
- Promote and manage the Referral Program
- Support all activities related to recruitment and selection in order to achieve the departments goals
- Contact all collected leads and invite to assessment
- Pre-select possible candidates that fit in each programs profile
- Assess candidates according to the programs needs
Qualifications :
- Possession of German or another European language (Romanian French Spanish etc)
- English minimum level B2 as per European language frame
- One year of recruitment experience
- Excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; excellent browsing skills)
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and precision
- Loyalty and ability to work in a team
- Focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
- Willingness for work in a dynamic sphere with changing environment/priorities
