Were on the lookout for a Part-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to bring energy creativity and leadership to our friendly team. If youve got a passion for people a love for hospitality and a talent for turning everyday moments into memorable experiences we want to hear from you.
The Role Its More Than Service Its Leading With Style
Youll be the heartbeat of Giuseppes Cantina and our bar operations confidently steering the team through busy service periods while making sure every guest leaves smiling. Youll:
- Lead the floor during service setting the vibe and the standard
- Be hands-on and supportive coaching the team to deliver those wow moments
- Help with rostering and training keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
- Handle challenges with a cool head and a guest-first mindset
- Be a champion for creating a fun welcoming atmosphere that reflects the ibis Styles brand
Qualifications :
Youll Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have hospitality running through your veins and a genuine love for great food & drink
- Have previous experience supervising a team (or are ready for that next step!)
- Are confident in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people
- Hold a valid RSA
- Are happy to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
