The Role
Were on the lookout for a Junior Videographer to join our content team and dive into a variety of exciting projects from high-impact product campaigns to behind-the-scenes brand moments that really connect.
This is a hands-on fast-paced role where youll gain valuable experience across two dynamic worlds: performance-driven content (think TikTok ads Reels and snappy cutdowns) and documentary-style storytelling (capturing community vibes athlete features product shoots and more).
Youll sharpen your existing foundation skills in filming editing and visual storytelling learning how to create video content that doesnt just look amazing but also delivers results. LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand with our HQ in Loganholme that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. Ever since our formation weve never been content settling for the norm; were constantly evolving and challenging the status quo inspired by the restless few who influence style shape the future and strive to be 1% better everyday
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist in filming and editing short-form and long-form content for both organic and paid social platforms
Support performance marketing content creation including hook-driven ads product highlights and quick-cut UGC-style edits
Support brand storytelling projects including Behind LSKD YouTube series athlete profiles and community features
Help cut down campaign shoots into reels TikToks and ad variations
Be an extra set of hands on larger shoots helping with camera operation lighting audio setup and gear prep
Work closely with Lead Videographers to learn best practices in pacing rhythm and tone across platforms
Maintain video file organisation and support post-production workflows
Be proactive in capturing b-roll behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day content that brings LSKD to life
Essential Skills / Experience
Creative flair and a passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data draw insightsmake data-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive results.
