Pennyrile Ford is a trusted Ford dealership in Hopkinsville KY dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Driver to transport vehicles to and from our service department while ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Job Summary:
The Pickup & Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up customers vehicles for service and delivering them back once repairs are completed. This role requires excellent driving skills attention to detail and a commitment to providing a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
Conduct a quick visual inspection of vehicles before and after transport.
Communicate effectively with the service team regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership policies.
Keep accurate records of vehicle pickups deliveries and any customer concerns.
Assist with additional dealership tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to drive a variety of Ford vehicles including trucks and SUVs.
Reliable punctual and professional in appearance and attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
