What youll do:
- Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs
- Support train and communicate with the Front of House staff and management
- Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Follow all rules policies procedures and conditions of employment including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Get along well with others and be a team player
- Assist the Operations Managers as needed
- Must have flexible availability
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
Who you are:
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience
- Proficient in email document/spreadsheet programs
- Proven leadership skills a plus
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong understanding of cash handling policy and procedures
