As a Finance Enterprise Partner Tender Specialist you demonstrate your in-depth business understanding combined with tender and contracts expertise in driving initiatives forward that are essential to delivering our commercial strategy. You build networks across the organisation to share standard methodologies and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate the enterprise and the customer. You are a trusted thought partner to business collaborators and have close contact with customers where you will ensure efficient prioritization and maximum impact along the customer journey.
The Opportunity
Youll partner with business collaborators to lead touchpoints throughout the customer journey with a focus on managing tenders effectively.
You balance resource allocation across competing priorities providing guidance on tender and contract processes.
You co-develop a tender management strategy that aligns with the affiliates growth objectives.
You monitor financial performance to ensure business targets are met and recommend corrective actions when needed.
You actively participate in FEP communities to share and implement great practices across markets.
You collaborate with the business to co-create new business models enhancing visibility and improving tender processes.
You engage in ongoing customer performance management to support balanced commercial partnerships with a focus on risk and customer strategies.
Who You Are
With a strong experience in tender and contract management preferably in the Diagnostics/ Medical Devices industry youre passionate about delivering value for customers and patients.
You understand the local healthcare landscape and legislation (Procurement law) and stay informed on market dynamics and competitive trends.
You have a strong knowledge of platforms (i.e. ESIDISKIMDIS) and you are familiar with relevant Al tools used throughout the tender management process.
You bring an ambitious and customer-focused approach connecting financial and operational insights to build a comprehensive view of the business.
You thrive in building relationships across departments and geographies supporting collaborative decision-making and the Roche Operating Principles.
Youre proficient in both English and Greek with strong analytical organizational and communication skills that help you succeed in a dynamic networked environment.
