Role Overview
As Territory Account Executive youll be on the frontlines of our Go-to-Market strategy owning the full sales cycle for Tier 3 customers. Based in Barcelona youll manage both inbound and outbound leads re-engage lapsed clients and convert transactional demand into long-term subscription value. Youll work fast smart and with grit bringing structure and consistency while adapting to client needs across European and Latin American markets. This is a full-cycle high-velocity sales role for a commercial self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced feedback-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the 360 sales cycle for Tier 3 accounts (<6 credits) in your assigned territory.
Close multi-year subscription deals (minimum 3 credits ideally 3-year terms).
Reactivate lapsed customers and upsell existing Tier 3 logos.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads using our scoring model.
Ensure data accuracy and deal progression in CRM (HubSpot).
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and deliver on forecasting expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Growth Supplier Sales and Quality.
Contribute to refining sales motions and playbooks across your region.
1 year of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales or similar role.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
Experience in transactional SMB or velocity sales is a plus.
Highly organized detail-oriented and CRM-disciplined.
Fluent in English; German Spanish or French are a strong plus.
Strong communication and commercial drive.
Grit ownership mindset and a proactive approach to execution.
Based in Barcelona.
