Youll be a part of the Customer Proposition Squad a key team within our broader Business & Agribusiness Transformation program. Driven by delivering meaningful customer outcomes youll play a pivotal role in designing future-state experiences for our Business & Agribusiness customers helping to define and deliver our long term customer roadmap.
We aim to bring the voice of the customer to life in the transformation program and continuously look for opportunities to deliver value and ROI. The squad actively support the business in navigating the flow of ideas into initiatives shaping experiences for our customers and working with value chain partners to make the future state vision a reality.
In this role make an impact by:
- Helping to define and set the future vision of Business & Agribusiness customer propositions
- Championing the voice of the customer bringing a human centred design approach to problem solving
- Designing intuitive user-centric digital products and services for Business & Agribusiness customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into design solutions that align with customer needs
- Product and experience testing facilitated by journeys protypes and designs that can be iterated and evolved
What youll bring to the role
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Strong design thinking and relevant experience gained within similar complex and sizable organisations
- Proven facilitation and delivery skills to audiences of all levels
- Excellent knowledge of the banking industry to underpin the effectiveness of your design experience
- Strong presentation abilities verbal and influencing skills

- Degree in Design Commerce Business or related disciplines

This permanent position is located at Docklands soon to be 555 Collins St. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid WFH model with 60% time onsite.
