Overnight Guest Services Representative
Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality Were looking for a dedicated Overnight Guest Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our hotel during the quiet hours. If you have a knack for customer service and experience in the hotel industry wed love to meet you. In this role youll ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable stay even in the middle of the night.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online and phone reservations for overnight arrivals and future stays.
- Register guests collecting necessary information and handling secure payment processing.
- Provide detailed information about our hotel available rooms rates and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the night.
- Liaise with our on-call housekeeping and security staff to ensure rooms are ready and the property is safe and secure.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers or special event attendees checking in overnight.
Skills Were Looking For:
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent Receptionist or similar role.
- Familiarity with hotel reservations software.
- A strong customer service attitude and a calm demeanor.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills particularly for independent overnight work.
