We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Experience Validation Specialist who will ensure our digital products deliver an exceptional user experience. This role goes beyond traditional functional testingacting as a Product Experience Champion by advocating for seamless intuitive and high-quality interactions across our web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate is not only meticulous in identifying bugs and inconsistencies but also deeply understands user workflows customer pain points and business impact. They will collaborate closely with product managers engineers UI/UX designers and customer facing teams to validate real-world use cases conduct functional testing and enhance product adoption.
This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our product experience ensuring that every release meets our usability accessibility and quality standards before going live.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience Validation & User-Centered Testing
Champion the Product Experience: Advocate for user needs by ensuring that every product change aligns with real-world workflows and expectations.
Validate end-to-end user flows to ensure they are intuitive frictionless and meet customer expectations.
Bridge UX implementation and product teams to ensure features are built with usability and customer adoption in mind.
Assess usability and accessibility issues recommending actionable improvements.
2. Functional Testing & Quality Assurance
Execute manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms covering key user journeys regressions and new feature releases.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by validating performance on various screen sizes operating systems and environments.
Verify that designs match Figma files precisely ensuring pixel-perfect UI implementation and design consistency.
Accurately document and report bugs working with product managers to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate fixes and improvements before deployment.
Monitor live releases for post-deployment issues ensuring smooth rollouts and rapid bug resolution.
3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Implementation Support
Lead UAT testing working closely with stakeholders to validate and approve product releases.
Collaborate with implementation teams to identify potential friction points in customer onboarding and product usage.
Develop real-world functional test scenarios that reflect how customers will engage with the product in various environments.
Work with Customer Success and Support to gather user feedback and integrate insights into the testing process.
4. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Develop and maintain detailed test cases and checklists to ensure comprehensive coverage of new and existing functionality.
Identify gaps in test coverage and propose opportunities for increased automation and process efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to continuously refine testing processes and elevate the overall quality of the product experience.
Requirements:
5 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Designer or Functional Tester for enterprise web and mobile applications.
Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to identify inconsistencies usability issues and functional gaps.
Proven experience testing across multiple browsers mobile devices (iOS & Android) and various screen resolutions.
Strong skills in writing clear structured bug reports and collaborating with engineering to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
Experience in validating UI/UX designs against Figma files to ensure visual accuracy and consistency.
Familiarity with QA best practices including exploratory testing regression testing and UAT processes.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced agile environments managing multiple releases simultaneously.
A passion for delivering a seamless high-quality customer experience across digital platforms.
