The role of a Solutions Consultant is to deliver Ideagen products as per Ideagen and customer requirements.
The implementation of the product will be structured in order for the consultant to guide customers to achieve the greatest success from the use of the product. The use of Industry knowledge and experience will be used to collaboratively work with customers in order to meet their regulatory and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Remote configuration training and support in order to assist with the project delivery of Ideagen products will be required
- Provide advice and guidance to customers in order to expedite seeing the true benefits of their Ideagen product and to assist with the continual improvement of their systems
- Ideagens preference is remote delivery but occasional on-site may be required in order to meet the specific requirements of customers to maintain the quality of implementations
- Conduct research to thoroughly understand client needs and objectives ensuring solutions are aligned with business priorities
- Evaluate how well proposed solutions meet client requirements identifying gaps and suggesting adjustments where necessary
- Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable and can accommodate future client growth
- Ensure project goals align with client and stakeholder expectations managing any changes in scope or objectives effectively. Continuously review the alignment of deliverables with client priorities throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders throughout the project to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals
Skills and Experience
- Experience of conducting systematic reviews of internal/external systems and processes
- The ability to identify key areas for improvement
- Have project experience related to an industry of focus for Ideagen
- Have developed industry experience to meet the requirement of Ideagen and customers
