This is a rare & exciting opportunity for an IT professional to come and join our IT tech team. The post holders will work within a tech family who have a wealth of skills and knowledge in a wide and varied technical landscape that helps deliver the councils core service to the citizens of Leicestershire the inhouse team look after everything from security networking desktop design configuration & deployment through to on-prem/cloud infrastructure solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for talented forward-thinking individual to help shape and strengthen LCC IT systems and services as we continue our IT maturity journey. This role will be within Network Services primarily focused on Cloud and Identity technologies along with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Leicestershire County Council are aligned to the Microsoft cloud architecture and consume Office 365 and Azure services and these will form a key element of the role. Another aspect of the role will be PowerShell scripting for all areas of IT
