Your Principal Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in key accounts (PCH) Pharmacies of Hospitals across Algeria as well as key healthcare institutions.
Engage with key decision-makers to understand their motivators.
Understand the accounts short-term and long-term strategies.
Record stakeholders needs using the provided tools.
Develop and implement a strategic account plan using information from internal PODs.
Coordinate sales quotas and profitability goals based on account strategy and financial conditions.
Monitor and report on account performance inventory levels and credit balance.
Deliver management presentations on key account projects and performance.
Collaborate across the organization to meet key account objectives.
Lead the tender process with local stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Provide internal stakeholders with analysis and competitive insights for tenders.
Ensure smooth tender management from quotation to delivery.
Maintain Roches corporate reputation within assigned ecosystems.
Identify partnership opportunities and support logistics and stock follow-up as needed.
Foster VACC leadership and culture in line with Roches framework and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of progressive sales marketing or operations experience preferably in healthcare (diagnostics medical equipment etc.). B2B account management and large multinational account/project experience preferred.
Proven track record in planning negotiating closing and implementing sustainable deals based on strategic 360 customer analyses. Professional Selling Skills is a plus.
Strong strategic mindset with excellent business acumen analytical financial communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office SAP or similar systems.
Exceptional in leading cross-functional teams conflict management and developing strong customer relationships.
Resilient self-motivated proactive able to multitask and handle high-pressure environments.
Skilled in project planning/management process improvement and familiar with Project Management and Six Sigma principles.
Understanding of tender principles and strong communication skills for explaining tender content.
Cooperation with internal customers such as Customer Engagement Finance and Legal.
Deep knowledge of the healthcare system with strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
Fluent in French Arabic and English. Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
