Als Maintenance Engineer in Stade Deutschland arbeiten Sie unter der Leitung des Maintenance Group Leaders um die Maintenance Productivity/Technical Expertise und Support Abteilungen zu untersttzen. Sie arbeiten mit dem Maintenance Group Leader und dem Reliability Engineer zusammen um die Anforderungen des Werks und der Geschftsbereiche in Bezug auf Zuverlssigkeit und Instandhaltungsleistungen zu erfllen. Ihre Rolle umfasst die Verbesserung der Effektivitt Qualitt und Produktivitt der Instandhaltungsfunktion sowie die Bereitstellung von Fachwissen zu Technologien und relevanten Reparatur- und Analyseverfahren.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Identifizieren und Beschaffen von Informationen fr die sichere Durchfhrung von vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsaktivitten.
• Untersttzung bei der Organisation Planung und Durchfhrung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten fr Reparaturen Projekte und Turnarounds.
• berwachung der Arbeitsprozesse und magebliche Gestaltung der Anlagenzuverlssigkeit im Team.
• Umfangreiche Kommunikation mit Anlagen Abteilungen Einkauf Auftragnehmern und Projektteams.
• Dokumentation von Prozessen und Entwicklung eines Continuous Improvement Process fr optimale werksweite Aktivitten.
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung der neuesten Technologien in Produktionsanlagen und Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen.
• Leitung funktionsbergreifender Teams zur Lsung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturproblemen.
• Initiierung von Technologieverbesserungen und Bewertung der Effizienz von Arbeitsprozessen.
• Abstimmung der Anlagenleistung mit den Zielen der Geschftsbereiche und Entwicklung von Aktionsplnen fr PPM- und Reparaturarbeiten.
• berprfung der Instandhaltungs- und Ersatzteilstrategie basierend auf Risikobewertungen.
• Bereitstellung von Fachwissen fr Projektteams in allen Schritten der Global Project Methodology (GPM).

Qualifikationen

• Hochschulabschluss in Maschinenbau Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion/Instandhaltung sind von Vorteil.
• Flieend in Englisch und Deutsch.

Bevorzugte Fhigkeiten

• Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltung und chemisch/technischen Prozessen von Industrieanlagen.
• Detaillierte Kenntnisse der Sicherheits- Umweltschutz- und Arbeitsplatzrichtlinien und -gesetze.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der Six Sigma Methodik.
• Exzellente Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fhigkeiten.
• Kenntnisse der Informationstechnologie wirtschaftlichen Bewertung Finanzprinzipien Kostenkontrolle und Qualittssicherung.
