ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head Corporate Finance you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of Cusos accounts payable function and office administration at our Corporate Office in Ottawa.
You will work with a motivated and dedicated team to ensure Accounts Payable activities are completed and compliant with organizational standards and procedures. Youll have the opportunity to be an A/P specialist using your skills and experience to train others resolve issues and respond to A/P related inquiries. In this role youll work as part of the finance team to ensure completion of all activities related to the payment and purchasing cycle and month end process.
The Accounts Payable Officer will also support the delivery of our Indigenous Canada program our fastest growing program by supporting our program team in the collection processing and review of financial documents to ensure financial compliance and the timely issuance of payments.
The Accounts Payable Officer is a hybrid role which required at least two (2) in office days per week in order to facilitate the day-to-day functioning of our corporate office by providing administrative and customer service support to our staff and two sub-tenants that share are co-located within the office.
