About the role
Our Development Services team have a fixed term opportunity until September 2026 for a Land Use Planning Senior Advisor. Youll provide a strategic land use planning service that influences land use planning processes and protects the Water Corporation against risk and enhances its business interests. Based in our Leederville office this role will report to our Manager Land Use Planning.

What the role will involve
Key skills and experience
Ideally you will bedegree qualified in town planning and/or diploma qualified in engineering plus demonstrated capability of investigating assessing and processing land use planning proposals in accordance with corporate processes. You will have the capability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal negotiation and analytical skills. You will have good knowledge of land use planning legislation policies and practices in Western Australia and ideally in relation to the water industry.
