Montefiore is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Social Work department. This is a permanent part time position to work at either our Hunters Hill or Randwick campus.
The Social Worker is an integral part of our care leadership team which operates within an inter-disciplinary framework providing support to our consumers and their families.
Reporting to the Social Work Manager this role offers the perfect work life balance for a dedicated Social Worker who is passionate about embracing the aged community and working as part of an innovative and driven inter-disciplinary team.
We are looking for a self-motivated energetic and skilled Social Worker who values interesting and varied work and who can contribute to the high standard of holistic care we strive to provide for all of our consumers.
The Social Worker will work closely with the Executive Care Manager and will be involved in a range of tasks including clinical social work support family conferencing inter-disciplinary team meetings best practice implementation and special projects. Montefiore provides opportunities for regular professional supervision team support and professional development.
