Mission / Responsibilities
- Operate production lines like monolithic line RDS line in the plant.
- Ensure 100 % safety of self & others by following the Calderys Safety protocols.
- Ensure all the machineries are well operated & maintained.
- Ensure quality parameters are maintained & monitored throughout the operation in coordination with the QC tea.
- Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
- Ensure good overall plant housekeeping & 5S practices.
- Regular participation in EHS & Improvement initiatives. Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues
- Ensure 100 % contribution in the preventive & breakdown maintenance as per plan in coordination with the maintenance team
Qualifications
- Min 3 years experience in a manufacturing plant as an operator.
- High school graduated or more.
- Safety knowledge and skills in a manufacturing plant.
