This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently while handling multiple hiring priorities.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job boards networking referrals and outreach.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and guide candidates through the process.
Ensure a strong and positive candidate experience throughout.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support onboarding of new hires and ensure smooth transitions into the organization.
Contribute to the development of long-term hiring strategies and talent pipelines.
Ideal Qualifications:
2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the healthcare space.
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work with urgency.
Strategic thinker with a proactive goal-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ATS or CRM platforms is preferred.
