We are the US subsidiary of a German-based leading independent producer of crankshafts the heart of every engine.
In Europe we produce crankshafts for Mercedes-Benz BMW VW Audi Renault Jaguar Bentley Rolls-Royce Aston Martin Ferrari Maserati Lamborghini and many more.
In North America we produce crankshafts for GM Ford Mercury and many more.
We are now expanding our plant to a new 2nd line.
We are hiring immediately.
Pay Benefits Working Conditions Training Advancement:

SUMMARY:
Maintenance servicing repairing and overhauling of equipment. Analysis of errors and failures of equipment under application of diagnostic systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze errors and failures of equipment with mechanical hydraulic pneumatic components and electrical/electronic systems by using diagnostic systems.
- Determine the nature and extent of defects and repair damage economically.
- Make suggestions to repair defects and implement the repaired equipment into operation.
- Adjust machine controls.
- Analyze and correct machining programs position teaching (robot loader arms laser).
- Perform test runs and create appropriate documentation.
- Perform maintenance and repair/assembly work.
- Extensions and modifications to plans drawings and instructions.
- Determine assembly sequences and procure or arrange procurement of parts.
- Make spare parts accessories and auxiliary equipment according to drawing sketches designs or instructions.
- Analyze and eliminate flaws and/or assist in developing solutions to eliminate flaws.
- Measures for efficient maintenance/upkeep and contributes to meet maintenance standards.
- Create new systems and extensions according to predefined plans.
- Instruct apprentices trainees and new employees as needed.
- Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Basic troubleshooting skills of machinery
- Basic understanding of tools
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Siemens S 7 knowledge is a plus
- Ability to bend stoop grip reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Able to stand the majority of the shift to perform duties (12 hours max)
