Staffing Business Development Manager
What you should have:
2 years of experience in B2B sales
Ability to understand the clients business goals anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
Experience prospecting or cold-calling new businesses and selling/upgrading major clients.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
What you will be doing:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Attend local networking events.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients understanding their staffing needs and delivering customized staffing solutions.
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries who require both general contractual/temporary staffing services.
Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
Leveraging your understanding of the decision-making processes within client organizations to tailor your approach effectively.
Negotiating contracts terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and securing new business.
