For the HSES Discipline of Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Poland S.A. we are looking for a Site HSES Specialist. The role is located in Krakw Poland and will require frequent worldwide business trips and short term assignments.
Your main tasks will include:
Implement and continuously improve the project safety requirementsbased on E&C different technologies and site activities such as construction erection commissioning shutdown deperliting repairing/maintenance
Perform construction and site safety management trainings for E&C Employees
Identify the clients HSES requirements to be implemented in the project HSES organisation
Support the contractors qualification process according to Air Liquide HSES requirements
Prepare and implement the HSES organization in projects from bidding phase until the unit start-up
Identify the site HSES hazards and support the preparation the HSES documents related to new projects
Participate in the project plot plan and 3D models reviews advice from an HSE perspective
Recruit select train and manage E&C construction sites external HSES resources
Support/lead investigations and analysis of safety events maintain reporting.
Ensure safety campaigns are deployed on the construction sites and support their implementation
Perform on-site HSES audits/inspections to ensure proper operational and safe working practices are maintained.
Based on audits and events capitalize with elaboration or update of E&C standards and improve the Site HSES Management System.
Are you a MATCH
Higher education in the field of health and safety or postgraduate studies (in accordance with the regulation on health and safety services)
Experience in HSE /Civil Engineering/Chemical engineering or equivalent discipline
Minimum 5-7 years of practical experience in Field of Construction HSE
A previous relevant HSE experience within an International Company/Project will be an asset
Fluent in Polish and English
Knowledge of French or other languages would be an asset
Qualified to provide regulatory and other safety training (e.g. general site safety work at height work in confined space scaffolding acceptance road safety safety leadership Locking out/Tagging out Electrical safety safety in commissioning)
Technical understanding of construction chemical & gas safety and risks
Basic technical knowledge of the typical risks related to engineering and construction products services technologies and installations
Knowledge of project execution including construction sites and/or manufacturing shops.
