Job Summary:
As a Division Leader within our Operations team you will provide overall supervision and leadership to staff during your shift. You will support recruiting and hiring needs while managing performance metrics that drive team and site success. Your role involves developing an environment focused on productivity and quality. You will identify business knowledge gaps and ensure ownership of deliverables. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performance culture and leading process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and leadership to staff during shifts.
- Support recruiting and hiring needs.
- Manage performance metrics for team and site success.
- Develop a focus on productivity and quality.
- Review processes for efficiency enhancements.
- Identify and address business knowledge gaps.

- Minimum 3 years experience managing people.
