Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Top Seller Programme including onboarding engagement and performance tracking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers through personalised support and strategic guidance.
Oversee and engage with the Top Seller Community Forum encouraging participation and peer-to-peer support.
Create and maintain a content calendar for seller communications including webinars community updates and educational content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Product and Support to align seller initiatives.
Lead and facilitate group webinars and sessions sharing platform updates success strategies and best practices.
Support in driving seller growth strategies by identifying new opportunities testing innovative approaches and leveraging data insights.
Qualifications
Experience in account management seller success or community engagement roles.
Proven ability to build relationships and support growth in a customer or seller-focused environment.
Comfortable using data and analytics tools to inform strategies and track performance.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication skills with experience leading calls webinars or community discussions.
A customer-first mindset focused on understanding and addressing seller needs.
Bonus: Youre a Depop buyer or seller and have a deep understanding of the platform and its community.
