Responsibilities
- Manage advertising projects for new business proposals and pitches aimed at acquiring new clients
- Coordinate and oversee the production of creative proposals: digital campaigns event concepts printed materials activations merchandising banners and other relevant deliverables
- Analyze complex briefings from potential clients break down specific tasks and align deliverables with the strategic needs of the pitch
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout each pitch process ensuring a clear understanding of objectives timelines and expectations
- Supervise the upload and presentation of materials on platforms or portals required by the pitch process ensuring quality and adherence to guideline
- Manage short- and medium-term proposals while also contributing to long-term business development projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles ideally within advertising agencies and new business projects
- Strong knowledge of advertising deliverables (digital print activations etc.)
- Proven ability to stay highly organized and effectively manage demanding workloads
- Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with internal teams and potential clients
- High level of English both written and spoken
- Proactive autonomous and adaptable in fast-paced and competitive environments
