Were looking for a mid-level to senior
Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Paid Social to join our team and help scale our growth across key markets.
This is a
100% remote role within a lean fast-paced team. Ideal for someone who thrives with ownership structure and accountability.
- Plan execute and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Pinterest Tiktok) with full ownership over strategy execution and performance
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce high-quality engaging content through detailed and structured creative briefings. Youll also support the creative team by occasionally producing your own static ads using Canva especially for quick tests and variations (no graphic knowledge needed).
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage direct response social ad campaigns across platforms like Meta Pinterest and TikTok in multiple markets driving business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and evaluate shop and ad account performance focusing on key KPIs (Spend Net Revenue MER CAC...). Prepare detailed performance reports providing actionable insights to guide budget allocation and strategy refinements.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategies and test new angles and opportunities.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy and scripts for ads that capture attention and drive action.
- International Expansion: Lead the internationalization of campaigns adapting strategies to new markets and driving growth.
- Innovation:Identify and test new channels as well as innovative marketing opportunities based on commercial KPIs and customer insights.
Your profile
- Fluent and excellent communication skills in German and business-level English.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing ideally in agencies or start-ups.
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with at least 30000-50000 monthly adspend under your control.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a passion for performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to dive deep into audience insights and excite them with tailored messaging.
- Excellent direct response copywriting skills to create ads that drive action.
- Passion for social media trends and the ability to adapt them effectively into campaigns.
- Proficient in using web analytics tools like GA4 and Meta Business Manager. Attribution Tools like Klar are a Plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with an innate ability to triple-check all aspects of campaign launches.
- A proactive self-driven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with a passion for project management.
- Ability to self-manage prioritize and move things forward without constant input
- Structured working style and obsessive attention to detail
- You are a proactive communicator who brings clarity and suggestions not just problems
- Comfortable in using AI tools to speed up workflows.
