Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Du bernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unserer ITan unseren Standorten im In und Ausland
- Du entwickelst unsere IT-Landschaft weiter und sorgst fr einen stabilen sicheren Betriebstrategische Weiterentwicklung der IT
- Du steuerst Projekte koordinierst externe Dienstleister und bist Sparringspartner fr unsere Fachabteilungen
- Du bringst unsere IT auf das nchste Level aber immer praxisnah und bodenstndig
Dein Profil
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung in der IT idealerweise in einem mittelstndischen technischen Umfeld
- Tiefes technisches Know-how: Netzwerke Server Virtualisierung IT-SecurityM365
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und IT-Prozessen in produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest strukturiert lsungsorientiert und verlierst dabei nie den Blick frs Machbare
- Du bist pragmatisch packst gern selbst an und suchst kein CTO-Level sondern eine Aufgabe mit echtem Impact
- Du hast Erfahrung in derZusammenarbeit mit indischen Teamsund weit worauf es bei derFhrung und Kommunikation mit internationalen Kolleg:innen ankommt.
- Du sprichstflieend Englisch um im internationalen Umfeld insbesondere mit unseren Teams und Partnern in Indien sicher und souvern zu kommunizieren.

Your Tasks
- IT Manager You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of our IT at our locations in Germany and abroad
- You further develop our IT landscape and ensure stable secure operation Strategic further development of IT
- You manage projects coordinate external service providers and act as a sparring partner for our specialist departments
- You take our IT to the next level - but always in a practical and down-to-earth manner
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in IT - ideally in a medium-sized technical environment
- In-depth technical know-how: Networks servers virtualization IT security M365
- Experience with ERP systems and IT processes in manufacturing companies is an advantage
- You work in a structured solution-oriented manner and never lose sight of what is feasible
- You are pragmatic like to tackle things yourself and are not looking for a CTO level but a task with real impact
- You have experience in working with Indian teams and know what is important when leading and communicating with international colleagues.
- You are fluent in English to communicate confidently and confidently in an international environment - especially with our teams and partners in India.
