Your Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Manager South Tasmania to lead our dedicated team across a diverse portfolio of Children Youth & Family services including the Advice and Referral Line Integrated Family Support programs Targeted Youth Support Service YouthBeat and other community-based initiatives. With oversight of service delivery in a defined geographic area you will drive operational performance and ensure the effective delivery of multiple contracts across more than ten services and three locations.
This is an on-site position based at Chigwell House. As a values-driven and innovative leader you will be responsible for strategic planning compliance workforce development and stakeholder engagement. Your ability to lead through change manage complex operations and nurture a high-performing culture will be essential to delivering quality outcomes and advancing Mission Australias objectives. You will represent the organisation at the local and state level building strong partnerships with government funders and community stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide upline on-call support and maintain visibility across all services under your leadership.
Requirementsfor Success
Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications and referee checks and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
