Job Description
Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as ROLE .
If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
A team of about 40 people/shift;
The production flow and line efficiency;
Offering support in mediating conflicts;
Assuring that all required procedures and standards are implemented and respected;
Delivery of the products in a given time frame;
Training and developing the team members on key positions such as Line Leader or Line Feeder; Join our Engineering team if you:
Are a technical university graduate;
Have good technical drawing skills;
Want to work in 3 shifts (6:00 - 14:30 / 14:30 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 6:00); Are eager to continuously learn and improve your knowledge;
Are communicative and self-confident;
Are a logical and analytical thinker;
Have good English skills. As a Team Leader you will have the chance to develop your skills within an ambitious team that will guide you in becoming one of the best engineering expert.
