Position: Customer Service Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer support to Italian-speaking customers by phone email chat and social media channels
- Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
- Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
- Closely work with other departments together for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Ability to take stressful situations well
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone tablet or computer is easy for you)
- Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
OFFER:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
