About the role
Were looking for an awesome Accountant to join Instabees Global Accounting team! Youll take full ownership of our Finnish entitys accounting and play a key role in managing one or two other group entities. Reporting to the Group Accounting Director in Stockholm youll ensure correct accounting effective processes and continuously drive improvements for higher efficiency and quality.
Some of the things youll do
Lead monthly financial reporting for Finland and other assigned entities
Handle monthly and annual accounts statutory reporting VAT and income tax returns
Provide accurate and timely financial data to support business decisions
Perform bookkeeping account reconciliation and transaction monitoring
Ensure accounting and reporting quality through solid financial control
Collaborate with auditors colleagues and other stakeholders
Drive improvements in Finance processes and Netsuite optimization
Your future team
Youll join our Global Accounting team part of a broader Finance organization of 25 people working across offices and markets. We value close collaboration knowledge-sharing and always striving to make our work smarter more efficient and higher quality.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
24 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements
Experience as a go-to person for accounting questions in your previous roles
Experience with Netsuite is a plus
A proactive self-sufficient mindset with the ability to handle complex questions and take initiative
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
