Were hiring skilled blockchain developers to join a long-term project focused on scaling a regulated tokenized financial product across multiple chains.
Join a pioneering team at a leading financial services company to expand and maintain a tokenized money market fund across multiple blockchains (Ethereum Solana Aptos and more). Youll work on cutting-edge DeFi solutions smart contract upgrades and cross-chain integrations in a collaborative innovative environment.
About the Role:
Youll be part of a highly technical globally distributed team responsible for:
- Expanding smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana Aptos Ethereum-compatible networks)
- Maintaining and evolving an existing codebase tied to a live financial product
- Building internal tooling for testing upgrades and monitoring
- Collaborating with other developers in daily standups architecture discussions and code reviews
- Designing modular upgradeable smart contract architectures
Required Skills:
- 3 years of blockchain development experience
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following:
- Solidity Ethereum-compatible chains (Polygon Avalanche Base etc.)
- Rust Solana
- Move Aptos
- Familiarity with Web3 integration tools
- Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet
- Strong sense of commitment client focus and accountability
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience migrating from one chain to another (e.g. Ethereum Solana)
- Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols
- Familiarity with additional networks (Polygon Arbitrum Sui)
- Tooling contributions (testing frameworks monitoring upgrade automation)
- Understanding of compliance and identity layers (e.g. KYC Open Banking APIs on-chain attestations
- Experience with system-level architecture including failure handling and operational support
