Customer Service Office Administrator
South Plainfield NJ Are you seeking a fast-paced environment in the commercial construction industry We are currently hiring a Customer Service Office Administrator for a high-end kitchen and bathroom cabinet manufacturer. If you have a background in customer service office administration construction or building trades operations we would love to hear from you. This position is Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and is based in South Plainfield NJ.
Our client is one of New York City s largest manufacturers and distributors of Kitchen Cabinets Countertops Bathroom Vanities and Vanity Tops. They maintain a network of qualified sales and service representatives throughout the northeast and they have been providing cabinetry to builders and developers for the most prestigious projects in NYC for 25 years.
Essential Duties You will play a vital role in our customer service and office team. This position will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks providing support to customer service representatives and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and office administration tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the companys products and services.
Requirements - 3 to 5 years of Customer Service and Office Administration experience for a Contractor or Construction operations in NJ and NYC

- Able to work with deadlines timelines and understand that there may be times that require some overtime.
- 2-year associate degree is preferred but equivalent accounting experience will be considered
