Location: Mayfield Ohio United States
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage womens health services within the facility ensuring adherence to high-quality care standards.
- Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to make impactful decisions in a fast-paced stressful environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff fostering an environment that promotes professional development.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards specific to womens services.
- Maintain documentation and records related to patient care thus safeguarding confidentiality and integrity.
- Participate in training and continuing education to keep up-to-date with best practices and advancements in womens health care.
- Respond to emergencies and take appropriate actions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a current nursing license for the state of Kentucky.
- AWHON Certification is required.
- Minimum of an associate degree; a bachelors degree is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessitated.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification is also required.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in womens health services or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferable.
- Proven skills in critical thinking and decision-making in medical scenarios.
