Were on the hunt for a driven experienced and ambitious Casino Manager to join our leadership team and take charge of our casino department.
In this pivotal role youll ensure that our casino operations run smoothly and deliver an exceptional player experience every time. You will support the COO in overseeing all aspects of the casino vertical including game launches lobby management of our clients brands and performance analysis amongst others.
This is a high-impact position that involves managing relationships with third-party suppliers lobby management and overall supervision of the day-to-day casino operations. Were looking for a confident leader with deep expertise in the online casino and sportsbook industry a passion for customer excellence and a proven track record in driving team performance and operational success.
Tasks
- Oversee the casino vertical
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers within the casino vertical liaising with game providers on deals promotions and new or exclusive game releases.
- Lead mentor and support Casino executives ensuring they are equipped to achieve their best performance.
- Take ownership of workforce planning including staffing schedules and training programs to ensure optimal operational readiness
- Collaborate closely with CRM Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns promotions and player communications
- Partner with Tech teams and platform providers to maintain consistent service levels and address any operational challenges
- Actively contribute to leadership and strategy discussions as part of the broader management team
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and the player lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or comparable customer support platforms
- Familiarity with payment flows fraud prevention and VIP player management
- Confident in using data and analytics to produce insights and reports for the Head of Casino
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset
- Multilingual or international work experience
- French language skills are a plus but not essential
