At Hubexo were seeking a sharp and ambitious Senior Copywriter to drive the messaging and narrative for our flagship business area Project Information. This solution empowers thousands of construction professionals every day to sell more improve efficiency and build more sustainably.
As Senior Copywriter you wont just produce outstanding content youll also be the go-to expert on copywriting within our Northern Europe marketing team. Youll take the lead in setting best practices mentoring colleagues and developing internal capabilities in content and tone-of-voice. You will be instrumental in building a strong copy culture and ensuring consistency across markets and channels.
Youll be at the heart of our content engine working closely with colleagues across marketing product and sales. Your responsibility spans from strategic messaging to hands-on execution always with a commercial mindset and a clear brand voice
Tasks
- Act as Copywriting Chapter Lead setting standards and supporting team development in copy and content strategy
- Ensure a strong consistent tone-of-voice across all channels markets and audience segments
- Develop high-impact content for campaigns websites emails ads SoMe whitepapers and more
- Collaborate across teams to align messaging with business goals and product positioning
- Translate complex solutions into clear engaging communication
- Mentor and coach team members in writing brand tone and content effectiveness
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for new formats and campaign initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a copywriter ideally from a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent command of written English fluent precise and persuasive
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and how to tailor content across formats and funnels
- Ability to lead coach and inspire others around content quality and tone
- Curiosity structure and a collaborative mindset in an international setting
- Familiarity with SEO performance-driven content and digital platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot)
- Experience with cross-market communication in Northern or Eastern Europe
- Knowledge of buyer journeys and persona-based content
- Track record of internal training or content governance
- Experience with SEO insights and user engagement
