While were headquartered on the Sunshine Coast we welcome candidates from North Brisbane who are looking for a hybrid role. Youll have the flexibility to work between home our Sunshine Coast office and on the road as you visit clients across key sales territories in Queensland New South Wales and beyond.

Who Were Looking For
Were looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheque. You bring:

- Proven experience in B2B sales business development or account management ideally in engineering mining or industrial services. and nbsp;
- A strong understanding of asset-intensive industries particularly mining or food and asset intensive Industries.
- A sharp commercial mindset with the ability to develop and convert sales strategies into results.
- Natural influence and confidence in engaging with stakeholders from site level to executive. and nbsp;
- Self-motivation and independence with a genuine drive to achieve results and grow a region. and nbsp;
What Youll Be Doing and nbsp;
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with clients across the mining and food processing sectors. and nbsp;
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with our engineering team. and nbsp;
- Build long-term relationships by understanding client challenges and presenting high value solutions.
- Represent Holistic Asset Management at industry events site visits and key meetings. and nbsp;
- Take ownership of the East Coast growth strategy and help shape our national presence.
