Compensation: $150000 $175000 annually.
Location: Energy Corridor Houston based at the corporate office.
Type: Direct Hire or Contract.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (required).
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Structural Certification in Illinois (required).
Minimum of 12 years of structural engineering experience within an EPC or engineering firm (required).
Prior experience as a project discipline lead (required).
Strong understanding of structural analysis software and automated design systems (required).
Proven ability to manage and direct multidisciplinary engineering teams (preferred).
Familiarity with industry codes and standards governing structural design (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Serve as discipline lead on major projects overseeing engineers specialists and designers.
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex structural engineering challenges.
Define and investigate problem areas with innovative design solutions.
Review interpret and ensure proper execution of structural design packages.
Coordinate across disciplines to support integrated project delivery.
Lead planning and supervision of engineering design activities on large or complex projects.
Drive compliance with engineering standards safety and quality objectives.

Education
