Job Description
- Leverage your 10 years of experience in the Quality Management process area within SAP ERP environments.
- Engage closely with business users to understand organizational requirements and resolve day-to-day queries effectively.
- Participate in the ACCB (Change Control Board) to evaluate approve or disapprove change requests ensuring compliance with business needs and system integrity.
- Provide expert-level support in S/4HANA transformation discussions contributing to solution design and migration strategy from a quality management perspective.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) with strong process knowledge and configuration expertise.
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of change management processes and governance within SAP landscapes.
- Experience or exposure to S/4HANA transformation projects particularly with QM-related modules and business processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP QM solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Manage change requests end-to-end including impact analysis stakeholder communication and decision-making.
- Contribute strategically to digital transformation initiatives with a focus on quality management.
