Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
3 years of experience in sales or account management

In this client-facing role, you will act as a bridge between client needs and Zoho s suite of solutions, playing a crucial part in the pre-sales lifecycle. Your expertise in the entire Zoho ecosystem and your ability to translate client requirements into solution blueprints will drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective and existing clients to gather business requirements through meetings, calls, and workshops. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and goals. Map business requirements to the appropriate Zoho suite applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, etc.). Present solution demonstrations and proofs of concept tailored to specific client needs. Design solution architectures and workflows within the Zoho ecosystem. Collaborate with technical teams to draft Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BoM), timelines, and project estimates. Act as a subject matter expert for the full Zoho suite, including updates and new feature releases. Support the sales team with technical insights and strategic input during proposal preparation. Build and maintain a knowledge base of use cases, solution templates, and best practices.
