Job Description
As an Accountant & Financial Analyst you will spearhead financial planning and analysis across multi-entity operations. You ll own month-end closes generate consolidated financial statements and drive data-backed decisions all while optimizing internal processes for scalable success.
Shift: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM EST
Work Setup: Work From Home / Remote
- Prepare monthly balance sheets income statements and profit/loss statements
- Consolidate multi-entity financial statements for bank and business reporting
- Conduct WIP analysis and calculations for project-based businesses
- Record daily transactions in the general ledger
- Lead month-end close processes and maintain account reconciliations
- Update schedules for prepaid expenses fixed assets and accruals
- Record opening balance sheet entries for acquisitions
- Manage KPI tracking and business intelligence dashboards
- Assist with annual audits and tax compliance
- Drive continuous process improvements as the company scales
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- English proficiency at C1 level
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience in multi-entity consolidation
- Proficiency in WIP accounting and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
Preferred Tools:
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop & Online (required)
- Familiarity with Sage NetSuite and BI/dashboard tools
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented growth-driven self-starter mindset
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
