Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Montgomery AL. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing timelines resources and communications to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers and team members to support project planning tracking and execution.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities resources and information
Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and identify any issues that may arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
Ensure documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Support the team in administrative tasks and reporting
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
Track expenses and project budgets when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or administrative support for projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Asana Trello MS Project)
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
