Job Description
Story Lane Box is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Cincinnati-based team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers handling inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
Resolve customer issues escalating complex problems when necessary
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Meet performance goals including call handling time customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high call volumes
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
