Provide support in the execution of employee engagement programs team building activities and career development initiatives.
Comply with Beckers Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures relevant to the role. Identify and report unsafe conditions and escalate concerns to EHS Managers Officers and Supervisors as necessary.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Management or a related field.
34 years of working experience in HR operations and/or administrative support roles.
Strong administrative organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia written and verbal.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Experience organizing employee engagement activities CSR events or internal training coordination.
