As a member of IDIADAs Sales & Client Management team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive client satisfaction and loyalty while actively participating in sales and business development activities when required. This strategic role bridges customer service excellence with revenue growth opportunities creating client journeys from initial contact through project completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience Excellence (Primary Focus)
- Create memorable client interactions during visits that exceed expectations and strengthen relationships
- Proactively manage visit with attention to detail anticipating client needs before they arise
- Orchestrate comprehensive service delivery during client stays
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients providing immediate resolution to any concerns or requests
- Gather client feedback systematically to continuously enhance service offerings
- Support safety briefings with a client-centric approach that balances requirements with exceptional service
Business Relationship Growth
- To support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative assistance coordinating sales activities and ensuring effective communication with customers
- Ensure effective communication between the sales team customers and other departments to ensure that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Assist experienced sales team members in maintaining client relationships
- Learn to identify client needs that could benefit from additional IDIADA services
- Participate in client relationship development through consistent high-quality service delivery
- Gradually build awareness of IDIADAs full-service offerings to recognize potential opportunities
- With training and support from IDIADA Spain begin introducing clients to relevant additional services

Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field
- Experience in customer service roles is highly valued as well as sales support or involvement
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software is a plus
- Fluent in English. Additional languages considered an asset
