Job Description
Dispatch
- Manage finished goods delivery/distribution by planning implementing monitoring and coordinating with Customer Service
- department and other functions to ensure that delivery is on time as agreed schedule and satisfied customer expectation at lowest cost.
- Overall control import/export procedures by monitoring forwarding to ensure the imported goods or exported goods are arrived or
- delivered on time as per agreed schedule.
- Manage dispatch area housekeeping (5S) by monitoring and supervising daily activities to ensure that the dispatch area is well
- organized clean and tidy.
- Manage FG warehouses at customer locations
- Responsible for the safety and working environment in the distribution area by monitoring the operations to ensure that EHS
- standards and local regulations are followed strictly.
- Make logistics (shipment cost inventory etc.) report daily monthly etc.
Qualifications :
- Degree in a procurement /Supply Chain management/Business Management
- 3-5 years experience in the logistics field and minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity.
- Exposure to an ERP system and sound knowledge of MS office packages.
- Knowledge of Google sheets would be an added advantage.
- Proven negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
