WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As Team Leader in the Java department you will join the Java management team of 10 dedicated leaders. You will oversee the technical skills and personal development of 12 skilled engineers while playing a central role in defining the strategic and technical direction for our master data applications.
Your mission is to strengthen and develop the team by providing valuable feedback and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through agile engineering practices. In this role you will have the overall responsibility for our Java master data applications ensuring they meet architectural guidelines and operate securely and reliably.

- leading and developing the Java Master Data Applications team of 12 employees
- collaborating across business areas and providing technical guidance to deliver innovative and effective solutions
- implementing JYSKs leadership principles focusing on goal orientation and accountability
- contributing to JYSKs sustainability and social responsibility efforts
