Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure that HR initiatives align with the organizations objectives
- Workforce planning talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Strategic manpower planning talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Implement effective communication to foster a transparent and open dialogue between employees and management.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years human resouerce experience in the hospitality sector
- Bachelors degree or higher preferably in a field related to business or human resources management or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large scale property
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving ability.
- Strong organizational skills
